  I've used this Costa dozens of times and it's going down hill every time I go in. Went in this week and it was a joke, rubbish on the floor, tables covered in cups trays and nobody cleaning them up despite staff standing around The toilets were also disgusting.
  
  There were 3 people behind the counter, one of them was doing nothing, she was fiddling with table numbers and wandering around. She could have helped serve the queue of people or even gone and done some cleaning.
  
  We had to wait 10 minutes to get 2 coffees despite the fact it wasn't even busy as the queue was being caused by slow service and then sit at a dirty disgusting table that looked like it hadn't been wiped down for a year. We could have gone to McDonald's and paid £3 for 2 coffees and it would have been a nice place to sit.
  
  On top of that they had a hand written sign saying no cash unless you've got the right money! Seriously, this Costa is a dump and a joke.

  Hit and miss in terms of service. I think it depends how busy it is to be fair. The staff are usually friendly and attentative
