  Ordered a meal after a long day at work. I told the man on the phone my order and he repeated it to me. When it turned up bits where missing. Phoned them back and all I was offered was what was missing free next time. They where not going to come back out now.... I wanted it to complete my meal. My take away was completely ruined and went straight in the bin. A waste of £24. I will never use them again. Very bad customer service.

  We ordered our food at 7.15 at night... told us it will be within half an hour... an hour later, still no food... called to check where's the food "it will be there shortly" 35 mins later still no food, called again and spoke to the manager, manager said "it's on its way, will be with you soon" and guess what not even apology for the delayed... while writing this we are still waiting for our food!!! THIS IS BAD!!
